Awards History

Inspired by Bruce Bryden, who was an exceptionally committed and influential leader at York, the Bryden Alumni Awards recognize the extraordinary achievements and contributions of our grads. Bryden was a member of our first undergraduate class and held several prestigious positions, including founding president of the
York University Alumni Association and member of the York University Board of Governors. To honour his vision and exemplary leadership, these awards have been named after him.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

If traveling using transit, the closest subway station is Queen Station.

If traveling by car, there are many green P and private parking lots in the area.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

If your guest list changes, please login to your Eventbrite profile and update the information, or please call

Can I update my registration information?

You may login to your Eventbrite profile at anytime to update your personal or guest information.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is cocktail attire.

Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately all tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you require names of my guests?

We do ask that you provide the names of your guests' to assist with the registration process. Guest names can be added and/or updated easily through your login to your Eventbrite profile or by calling (416) 736-2100 ext. 58430 or by emailing ejenny@yorku.ca.

Do I have to bring my confirmation to the event?

If you have purchased tickets and have received the confirmation via email, we will have you registered and there is no need to bring proof of your purchase.
