The Success-Energy Equation:
Strategies to Boost Personal and Professional Success

As an administrative professional, you have many important roles, all of which require your attention to detail, mental alertness and overall excellence.  In order to do your job effectively day-to-day, you need tools to stay energized and engaged no matter what you are up against.  Your stakeholders depend on you.

Michelle combines mind, body and practicality to inspire change.  In this high-energy day you will benefit from two great workshops designed to help you get clear about what's important to you in work and life, gain the discipline and mindset to do your best work and gain the energy to knock it out of the park when you do.

The morning sessions will focus on health as a driver of your success and the afternoon will focus on ways to boost your personal and professional success in an innovative session that will have you laughing out loud.
