Event description

The Children's Mental Health Conference will be held on April 26- 29, 2019 at the Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre. This conference is a place where parents, caregivers, educators, and mental health professionals will come together to learn about the latest research, innovations, and techniques pertaining to children’s mental health and attachment-based parenting practices.

This three-day conference offers half and full day workshops pertaining to children’s mental health issues. All workshops will be led by Registered Psychologists and other professionals who specialize in children’s mental health and the majority of whom teach and practice locally in the Edmonton Area. After it’s astounding success in year one, we have doubled the capacity and added an additional day to interact with the education gallery, and kick off the event with renowned clinical counsellor, educator and author Dr. Deborah MacNamara.
