FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) is centrally located in downtown Toronto. It is accessible by TTC, GO transit and Via Rail via Union Station. Follow signage to get to the (MTCC) North Building from Union Station via the Skywalk or walk outdoors west on Front St. to the North Building entrance at 255 Front St. W. The MTCC offers over 1700 parking spots, in addition to local offsite parking options.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes! We believe in flexibility, both in the workplace and in your interactions with Great Place to Work. We can transfer tickets until April 16th. Transfer requests must be submitted to ca_events@greatplacetowork.com. There is no fee for transferring tickets. In the event you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a colleague or business peer in your place. Any requests made after April 16th are not guaranteed; however we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes! When you register, you will have an account created in Eventbrite.com, which will track your registration information. This information will automatically update Great Place to Work. Log into your Eventbrite.com account and update your information on My Tickets.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not have to bring a printed ticket, simply present yourself at our registration desk when you arrive at the venue.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued if received via ca_contact@greatplacetowork.com prior to April 16th, less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 16th are non-refundable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

That is fine! If you are registering for multiple attendees, you may add those attendees later.

Will there be photography and/or videography at the event?

Yes, a photographer and/or videographer will be taking stills and video images of the proceedings, which will include images of attendees. By registering for this event, you consent to your photo being taken at the event and possibly used by Great Place to Work as necessary.
