It is with much heartache, attention and consideration that we have decided to cancel the 2020 Cavendish Beach Music Festival presented by Bell due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Working with the Province of Prince Edward Island and the Resort Municipality of Cavendish, this decision was not taken lightly as all options were considered.

We want to thank you for your patience, your optimism and the opportunities you have provided us to bring 11 years of this amazing festival to Cavendish Beach. Like you, we are saddened by this outcome, but we know it is the right decision. Safety is always our number one concern.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Cavendish Beach Music Festival presented by Bell from July 9-11, 2021. In the meantime, stay safe, stay home and support your favorite artists.

I purchased a ticket for CBMF 2020. Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Yes, there are two options available to you:

1. Transfer your ticket to 2021 Cavendish Beach Music Festival presented by Bell

• Transfer your ticket and receive a bonus $30 CBMF Beach Bucks (festival tokens redeemable at CBMF 2021)

• Fill out the Transfer Request form by May 25.

2. Full Refund

• Fill out the Refund Request form by May 25.

All refunds will be processed by Eventbrite at the end of May.

Note: Transfers and refund requests must be submitted by the original ticket buyer name and email address associated with the original Eventbrite order. If no request is received by May 25, the ticket order will be automatically transferred to next year.

How long do I have to decide if I can use my ticket?

You would have received an email from Eventbrite with information around the policy and a link to a form you must complete to request your refund or defer your tickets. (Check your junk/spam folder if you cannot find an email from Eventbrite in your Inbox). Important: You must complete this form by May 25th.

How do I request that my ticket be saved till 2021?

You would have received an email from Eventbrite with information around the policy and a link to a form you must complete to request your refund or defer your tickets. You must complete this form by May 25th. Select the option to defer your tickets to CBMF 2021. Fill out the Transfer Request form by May 25

When will my tickets for CBMF 2021 be issued?
Your tickets for CBMF 2021 will be issued by December 1st along with your $30 beach bucks credit.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Your refund will be received in 2 to 3 weeks after the May 25th deadline. We are working with our ticketing company, Eventbrite, to get you your refund as quickly as possible.

I had a campsite booked at Route 6 Ranch, can I cancel that as well?

Yes you can. You can also defer your site to 2021 and receive an additional $30 in beach Bucks. Campsite guests will be emailed directly regarding their refund and bonus $30 CBMF Beach Bucks process.

I have multiple tickets in one order. May I refund half and transfer half?

Only one choice may be applied to each order.

Will the same artists from CBMF 2020 be at CBMF 2021?

We’re starting from a clean slate for the 2021 season. Our team is working to bring you the best names in country music. We will be announcing our CBMF 2021 lineup before you know it.

I won a free ticket at an auction/raffle etc? Can I get a refund or a ticket to CBMF 2021?

No you cannot get a refund however we would be happy to provide you with a ticket to CBMF 2021.

I bought a shuttle pass through Coach Atlantic, can I get a refund?

Yes, Coach Atlantic will be reaching out to you directly to process your refund.
