In its 7th year, the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Geriatric Conference welcomes Physicians, Healthcare Practioners as well as Industry Leaders to participate in an all-day event exploring medical topics related to the aging population. Attendees of the 2020 conference will hear from local specialists from the Windsor-Essex County Community who will present on topics relevant to the day-to-day practice of community family physicians.

Due to space limitations, number of attendees is limited. Sponsorship opportunities are available by contacting Linda Di Rosa, Manager of Medical Affairs by email (linda.dirosa@hdgh.org). There will be complimentary parking at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare for this event.

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University. You may claim a maximum of 5.5 hours (credits are automatically calculated).
