Statement Regarding COVID-19
Share the Road is monitoring updates with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak and potential impact on the 2020 Ontario Bike Summit. We are prepared to follow their recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures moving forward.
Currently the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Toronto and our team throughout Ontario are all operating normally. We are working with the hotel to identify appropriate measures we can take at the meeting. These will include increased availability of hand-sanitizing stations, a campaign to promote touch-less interactions with colleagues, and more. We will post to this page our formal plan as it develops.
The Ontario Bike Summit is the premier cycling conference in Ontario. The summit provides a forum for cycling stakeholders to be inspired by best practices from across Ontario and beyond and to gain the practical skills necessary to act on that inspiration. Learn from and network with professionals and volunteers from a diverse range of sectors, including: provincial and municipal government, grassroots advocacy, health, planning, engineering, tourism and more.
Join us April 6th & 7th in Toronto for the 12th Annual Ontario Bike Summit at the Courtyard by Marriott, Downtown Toronto where our summit theme is Making Connections.

-
Connecting with 300+ delegates about cycling and road safety best practices;

-
