FAQs
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
Please e-mail any questions to assignor@cmsua.ca.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, you can transfer your RSVP to another person if you are unable to make it.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not generally given. If you need to contact us to determine whether an exception should apply, please e-mail assignor@cmsua.ca.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Sure is! Just one person per ticket though!
Do I need to bring the ticket to the event?
Only if your name doesn't match the ticket being used.
Do I have to pay in advance?
We will accept some payments at the door, but priority will be given to people who register in advance. Please pay in advance to reserve your spot.
I will go, but I want to know if someone else is also going?
The best way to find out if to ask them. Please help us get the word out for the clinic. We know some of you may no longer be interested in umpiring, but you may know someone who is a good fit for umpiring. It does take a certain personality to be a successful umpire, and who best to know who is the best fit.. Please forward this invite to anyone who may "have the itch". Not sure if they already know about it? Just to be sure, please forward it...
