Once a year, Toastmasters around the globe battle for the coveted title: World Champion of Public Speaking. That journey starts here at the club level contest. 5 Contestants, 5 to 7 minutes, 2 winners, 1 exciting evening.

Join Grosvenor Toastmasters' 2021 International Speech Contest on Wednesday, January 27th at 5:45 pm EST on Zoom for inspirational speeches and fun table topics as we work on our communication and leadership skills.

Bring an open mind and a beverage of your choice. Spoiler alert: we will be making a toast!

Please register to receive a Zoom link a couple of days before the meeting. To protect the integrity of the meeting, admittance will be granted only to members and pre-registered guests.

About Us:

Grosvenor Toastmasters (gTM) is a Toronto-based, President's Distinguished Club open to all. Our club mission is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Before the pandemic, we met in-person at the University of Toronto, near St. George subway station. Currently, we are meeting virtually until further notice. Everyone is welcome to join us!

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 6 to 8 pm EST via Zoom.
