The 2021 Engineering and Code Essentials for the Pressure Equipment Industry Series are full-week pre-professional courses designed to prepare students for a career in the Pressure Equipment Industry. These courses will be taught by multiple IPEIA Committee Members with extensive industry experience.

This series will include the following topics:

• Utilization of the pressure equipment and pipeline Codes and Regulations in engineering practice
• Identification of the sources of the pressure equipment and pipeline Codes and Regulations
• Awareness of applicable pressure equipment and pipeline Codes and Regulations for the Alberta Pressure Equipment Industry

Technical sessions will occur during the evenings from 7:00pm - 9:00pm MDT.

Saturdays will include a presentation from ABSA, as well as a Career Pathways/Panel Session.
