Football inspired menu (included in your ticket), trivia, silent auction, comfortable seating, big screen for the game and surround sound all in support of Football PEI.

Here are a couple of things to note about this event:

• Masks are mandatory when not seated at your table

o All tables are set for 8 people. Tables need to be purchased, single seats are not available at this time.

o Tables 9 and 10 may have an obstructed view of the stage

Please stay seated as often as possible, Plastic glassware will be used for all beverage service to avoid any unnecessary contact with staff , Maximum 3 people in line for the bar at a time, No cash payments will be accepted- debit/credit only, Plastic glassware will be used for all beverage service to avoid any unnecessary contact with staff , Garbage cans will be placed around the room to encourage guests to dispose of their own glassware, Social and physical distancing must be practiced for the duration of the event , Please follow the flow of traffic arrows when getting up from your table .

CHECK-IN / ARRIVALS DETAILS:

• Tables 1-5 can check in between 6:00pm-6:30pm

• Table 6-10 can check in between 6:30pm-7:00pm

o If guests are late for their designated check in time they will be asked to wait until guests have checked in and can then check in between 7:00pm -7:30pm and will be escorted to their table

EXITING

o Tables 6-10 will exit after the game 9:45pm-10:00pm

o Table 1-5 will exit last after the game

PEIBC staff will let you know when it is your turn to exit

WASHROOMS

• Tables 1-5 can use the main washroom upstairs

• Tables 6-10 will use the washrooms on the main floor

Each table will have a table number that will include their washroom location.

BAR SERVICE

o Table 6-10 are asked to use the Front bar in the taproom for beverage service

o Tables 1-5 are asked to use the bar in the event space for beverage service
