October 28, 2021 marks the Grande Finale: one final opportunity to honour the last class of ASTech Award Finalists and Winners and to express our gratitude to the people and organizations who have supported ASTech's work over the years.

We'll celebrate the 10 Finalists whose outstanding and innovative achievements in Science and Technology are truly changing the way we live our lives.   

Event Highlights: 

5:00-5:30pm - Networking through the online event platform, Remo.

5:30 - 6:30pm - Awards celebration and presentation.

6:30 - 7:00pm - Online networking.

The Grande Finale: 32 Years of Honouring Innovation

When the Alberta Science and Technology Foundation (ASTech) started in 1989, industry, government and academia came together to shine a spotlight on the stories of success in the innovation ecosystem. How we celebrated has evolved, but our mission and mandate hasn't changed over 32 years. What a privilege it has been to be part of the innovation community for 32 years!

The time has come to bid adieu. We do so knowing other organizations in Alberta and across Canada are there to continue to honour excellence.
