Atlantic District Ladies Conference "She Can!" (Philippians 4:13)

Conference Location: Delta Hotels by Marriott, 225 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB

Registration fees are transferable but NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the conference is canceled by the event organizer, refunds will be offered.

Ladies Conference is designed for ladies 15 and older. Please, no children with the exception of registered ladies with nursing infants.

• Friday Only Registration: closes April 21, 2022 ($15)
• Saturday Only Registration: closes April 15, 2022 ($40)
• Full Registration with Exhibit Space (spaces are limited and sold on a first-come basis. Cost is $75 per space and limited to a maximum of 2 spaces per vendor): closes April 15, 2022. Churches may request exhibit space at no charge if all proceeds from sales go to your church Mothers Memorial offering. Please contact Laura Noel.

• Women of Worth (widows of UPCI credentialed ministers): closes April 15, 2022 (Free)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Guaranteed parking at the Delta is available for Delta Hotel guests only. Conference attendees staying at another location may not find parking on-site due to the sold-out status. Additional parking is available directly across the street at Sunshine Gardens; on-street parking is available on Woodstock Road and at the Capital Exhibit Centre (355 Smythe Street).

IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE CARPOOL TO FREE UP AS MANY PARKING SPACES AS POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE ATTENDING THE CONFERENCE.

Room Rate: $109 (two queen beds or one king bed). Ask for the United Pentecostal Church room rate.

MISSIONS BOUTIQUE:

Donate your new or good used dress clothes, skirts, and children’s dress clothes. All sales go to missions projects funded by Ladies Ministries.

Put your resale clothes on a hanger for easy set-up at the boutique and then tag your items with your church name for Mothers Memorial 2022 offering credit.

Drop-off your resale clothes at registration check-in outside the ballrooms on Friday between 3-6 pm.

CHERISH CORONATION:

Girls age 15 or older who missed their Cherish coronation in 2020, 2021, and 2022 due to the pandemic are invited to join us for a live coronation ceremony at Atlantic Ladies Conference during the Friday evening service at 7 pm. Please register under the free Cherish Coronation Recipients option by April 15th.
