About this event
We invite all members of the community to attend our Annual General Meeting.
Due to current public gathering restrictions, we will hold our AGM online on Jan 27 at 7:00pm.
Join us as we honour our valuable volunteers and welcome new members to our Board of Directors.
The meeting will include a review of the 2021 festival year, board elections, propose bylaw amendments, and a review of our audited financial statements. We'll also share a sneak peek at our 2022 programming!
Nominations for election to the Board must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm EST, on Friday, January 21 to info@italianweekottawa.ca. Please note that nominations from the floor will not be accepted.
Voting members are those who have paid the $10 Annual Membership Fee.
