IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BUY A PASS OR ADD ANOTHER PERSON, YOU CAN DO SO IN PERSON AS WELL. WE ARE ENCOURAGING PEOPLE TO REGISTER ONLINE. P L E A S E N O T E: We are having a prize draw for registering online (only 1 entry per person each day) $500 a day is up for grabs. IN ADDITION - YOU CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR BOTH DAYS IN ONE TRANSACTION. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO REGISTER FOR THAT DAY OF RIDING AFTER 12:00PM, YOU ARE TOO LATE. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE OR THAT DAY'S PRIZES. Feb 13 -  We cannot change our ticket types, however we ask that you pick your day, the route and times are flexible just choose 1, go either route and time as you wish the day of.  Thanks for your patience in that regard

TRAIL PASS WILLCALL: If you purchase a trail pass through Eventbrite, you can pick up your Annual ASA Snowmobile Membership at your first Registration location of the route you choose. If you do not pick up your membership, we will mail it to you. If you purchase Day Passes, we will not be mailing them to you, your receipt is proof of purchase. (please note the pass waivers are included in the pass information, by purchasing the pass you have agreed to the waiver information).

PRIZES: Prizes and draws will all be held at the Westward Community Centre Gazebo (Hwy 32 s - 8kms) both Saturday and Sunday. We will be giving away over $5000 in cash and Gift Cards. Prize presentations will be made by 4:00pm. Draw winners will be posted on Facebook, our Website and at each of the gazebo registration locations. If you have won a prize and it is not picked up by Sunday, the prize will be mailed to you. You do not have to be present to win. You must possess an ASA Snowmobile Membership or a Day Pass specifically for either February 19 or 20th. There will be kids prizes available, so please register your child - it's Free. Please be sure to read the WAIVER when you register. That releases us of any liability during this event. If you proceed it will be deemed as read.

MAPS - WE WILL SEND YOU A MAP OF BOTH OF THE RALLY ROUTES CLOSER TO THE RALLY TO ENSURE THE TRAILS ARE RALLY READY. NORTH ROUTE IS APPROXIMATELY 50KMS AND SOUTH IS 60KMS RETURN. If you would like to only do a portion, you are welcome to shorten your ride, please be cognizant of rally direction and stay with the flow. (Routes are subject to change). Attached is the Map of our trail system. North - we will be going to the Carson Cabin and the South we will be going to the Summit Cabin.

Great news, we will be offering free hotdogs at the Westward Community Centre (Hwy 32 s - 8kms) sponsored by the Town of Whitecourt both Saturday and Sunday! We will have a fire pit with picnic tables and an opportunity to wind down from your ride. You are welcome to hang out as long as you want. Outhouses onsite. 12:00pm to 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Prizes will be drawn at 4:00pm each day with the weekend wrap up being the sled draw on Sunday at 4:30pm! It's going to be an exciting draw!! We can't wait to draw the name of the sled winner!

Unfortunately due to previous COVID Restrictions, we will not be having a social with a hall, onsite food or alcohol available to purchase at the registrations. Unfortunately we do not have food at checkpoints (cabins) neither. We will be back next year to join you during the rally at our checkpoints and hall.

Whitecourt Trailblazers Club will be holding our Annual Family Rally. We will be having 2 groomed trail routes (North and South) available to ride each day.

Northside Staging/Parking: Eagle River Casino (Hwy 43/Hwy 32 N) - 8kms

Southside Staging: Westward Community Centre(Hwy 43/Hwy 32S) - 8Kms

REGISTRATION: (only attend registration if you need to purchase more tickets or pick up your ASA Snowmobile Membership or prizes). The Gazebos will be open to help with any questions you may have.
