2023 ACEC-BC Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies – British Columbia (ACEC-BC, the “Association”) will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 4:30PM PDT.

The meeting will be held for the purposes of:

• Receiving the Annual Report of the Association
• Electing the Board of Directors of the Association

In addition to this business, the meeting will include a Special Resolution to adopt changes to the Association Constitution and Bylaws. Materials to support the Special Resolution will be issued to members in advance of the meeting.

To support broad member engagement, this year’s AGM will be hosted as a hybrid event. Members are required to indicate their attendance venue during registration.

In-person attendance: Pan Pacific Vancouver (Pacific Rim Suite 1) , 999 Canada Pl #300, Vancouver, BC V6C 3B5

Virtual attendance: Members wishing to attend virtually will be provided with access details 24-hours prior to the start of the event.

All attendees are afforded the same rights and opportunities regarding questions, voting, and motions. Members who are unable to attend may register a proxy by completing the Form of Proxy before 12:00PM PDT on June 15, 2023.

Who can attend?

The AGM is an open meeting, and we welcome voting and non-voting members of the Association as well as participants from partner organizations. Please note that only Voting Members will be allowed to ask questions or make comments during the Annual General Meeting. Guidelines for participation will be available in advance of the meeting and reviewed by the Chair prior to the start of the AGM proceedings.
