Welcome to the 2023 International Women's Day Empowerment Luncheon #EmbraceEquity

Join us in-person on Wednesday March 8th for a special presentation from our Keynote Speaker, Jayne Pritchard.

Jayne Pritchard became a trusted and familiar face and voice in people’s lives before retiring from nearly 40 years in broadcasting last year. This discussion aims to discuss women's roles within media, the barriers women face and the trials and triumphs of career and personal life. #EmbraceEquity

ABOUT Keynote Speaker: Jayne Pritchard

Having spent the first eleven years of her life in England before coming to Canada. Her career path included seven years with cosmetic and toiletries company, Faberge, arranging media events with the company’s spokespeople that included Farrah Fawcett, Cary Grant and Joe Namath. She eventually found her way to a television station in Barrie after moving to a hobby farm in Innisfil.

Jayne spent nearly 40 years in broadcasting and became a trusted and familiar face and voice in people’s lives before retiring last year. For the past eleven years Jayne has been a Registered Nutritional Counsellor, and for more than a year, a Reiki Master.

Her book, 'Breast Cancer After The Diagnosis', shares what Jayne went through over a three-year period of emotional ups and downs, including several setbacks. It includes the alternative therapies that Jayne sought out, as well as important supplements, and her Top 10 Health and Wellness Tips.

Jayne and her husband just built a home in Tiny Township and are able to look at Georgian Bay every day, where they boat in the summer. Her happiest times are spent on the water, with her husband, family and friends.
