This program is an introductory, multi-disciplinary education opportunity for all health care providers and volunteers who have an interest in developing capacity related to hospice palliative care. Our interactive case-based approach consists of 3 facilitated live virtual learning sessions (3 hours each), one reflective activity, two peer-to-peer exchanges, reading requirements, and completion of eleven e-learning modules.
All program materials can be accessed online on the Partnering for Palliative Education platform through D2L’s Brightspace Learning Environment. If you have any issues with internet access, please contact us.
This program is offered for those working in Halton, Peel or Dufferin regions.
You must be able to attend all 3 live virtual in-class sessions from 1pm - 4pm on Thursdays:
