Everyone wants to experience less stress and more peace, and meditating every day is an ideal way to move the mind in a positive direction. However, no matter how motivated we are to develop a new daily habit, it can be difficult to get there solo.
Start the new year with a positive intention! Join the meditation challenge to learn mental focus and receive the structure and support needed to make meditation an indispensable part of your self-care routine.

With COVID restrictions in place, in-person attendance is limited. Pre-registration is recommended if you want to attend in person. Social distancing and special hygiene protocols will be in place, and please do not come to the Centre if you feel unwell. This class is also streamed online.
