Learning means you can take a new action that was previously unavailable, under the same pressure

Did you know that when you tune into and pay attention to your breath and five senses this automatic brings you to a different part of the brain then the ones that tends ruminates on thoughts?

These grounding & centering practices support creating a foundation within and a sense of inner strength to lean on. Increase your experience of internal balance and well being, regulate emotion, reduce anxiety, improve sleep and increase presence and openness.

This is like building a muscle, it takes time to strengthen. Sometimes its hard to show up at the gym. Failure is part of the process and also why it is important to form these habits in community holding each other accountable.

Neuroscience indicates that new neural pathways can form in 21 days with regular consistent practice.

We will connect in a Facebook community through the daily practices. There will be 5-10 minute daily grounding and centering practices to complete 2-3 times a day. Also there will also be opportunity to meet in a group over zoom two times during the 21 days to check in on the impact of the practices and participate in deeper conversation as it relates to the changes experienced. (Zoom meeting is scheduled for May 257:00pm to 7:45 pm to set intentions, check in and practice in community). April challenge includes a one on one 60 minute coaching session to clarify and amplify your personal intention for 2021.
