On May 4th and 5th, 2018 VOICE will be holding its 26th Annual Conference to be held at Centennial College New Events Centre.

This year's conference will bring together parents of children with hearing loss, researchers, clinicians, teachers and community organizations for medical presentations and parent-oriented discussions. Workshops will be led by dynamic speakers from across Canada and the US to help participants access the most up-to-date information to help them overcome any challenges that they are facing. A full day Teen Talk program will also be offered on Saturday May 6 for teens 13 to 19 year olds and a full day kids club ages 3 to 12.

Friday May 4th - focus geared towards professionals but all welcome to attend
8am to 3:30 pm sessions
3:30 to 4:30 pm Dress Loud Social/Meet and Greet Networking opportunity

Saturday May 6th -focus geared towards, parents, professionals, teens and kids all welcome to attend
8am to 4:30 pm session

Non-VOICE member:

$135 1 day Early Bird
$150 (after March 31)
$230 - 2 day no early bird available already discounted

VOICE members:

$75 early bird
$100 1 day (after March 31)
$170 - 2 day no early bird available already discounted

Teens/students/kids (Saturday May 5th only)

$25 1 day early bird
$40 (after March 31)

If I am travelling from out of town is there a host hotel?

Yes. Must book before April 3.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No ID required. Teen Talk program is for ages 13 to 19 years old.
However at this moment we don't have a daycare. If you are not able to find babysitting for the day please let us know and we can see how we can help so you could attend.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking available at Centennial College on Sunday parking lot #3. Friday there is a fee.

What can I bring into the event?

Just yourself and pen/paper. Lunch will be provided and light refreshments during the day.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds available but your ticket name can be transfered to someone else.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please. We will be checking people in via online registration as well but always good to have it in case.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?


Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

We prefer that it does but if anything changes just let us know who will take your ticket.

Will there be daycare provided for kids 12 years of age and under?

We have added KIDS CLUB to this year's program event. Kids ages 3 to 12. If you have a child under 3 please contact the organizer to see if accomodations can be made as we will not be equipped to do diaper changes & nap time with our volunteers. Pre- registration required. All must pre-register.
