8:30 AM-4:00PM PST

Featuring:

Angus Reid:

Speaker, writer and champion athlete Angus Reid will emcee our 27th AGM. Angus brings with him a powerful message of working through adversity. He brings energy to motivate thought, skill, and desire into real action!

Jeff McLean and Reg Unrau:

We have co-ordinated with Dads Central Canada to bring you Jeff McLean and Reg Unrau, the Dad’s Central BC team! Jeff and Reg will be hosting an interactive workshop with facilitators that engage regularly with the ever growing population of dads. Focusing on communication and retention of dads in early years programming, this session will equip you to connect and engage fathers more effectively. Facilitators will share insights gleaned from years of working with a focus on dads, and plenty of time will be provided for Q & A.

Lyle Povah:

Presenting his revitalizing Drumming and Health Workshop, Lyle is a musician, percussionist and African drummer, drum circle facilitator, researcher and workshop leader, with particular interest in community building and spirituality. Drumming and Health is all about facilitating interactive, fun and healing musical and rhythm-based events locally and globally, to calm the mind, tune the body and revitalize the spirit!
