Enjoy a forest for Arbor Week

About this event

Out in the Richard St. Barbe Baker Afforestation Area wander this mixed wood forest, a semi wilderness habitat, in the City of Saskatoon. This is a hidden Urban Regional Park to enjoy. Come Walk The Trails with a couple of guides who share their enjoyment of this greenspace during Arbor Week. Immerse yourself in this wonderful tree experience.

Note: The meet up is using the South West Off Leash Recreation Area, but the walk will be in the forest beside the dog park. See attached map

Note in case of inclement weather such as rain, this event will be cancelled. If you sign in we have a means to contact you in case of cancellation due to rain.

It is good to dress with sturdy walking shoes rather than sandals, and to wear long pants rather than shorts because it is a forest. Bring along insect repellent .
