It’s difficult to be grateful in today’s ever changing world, yet research has shown that practicing gratitude every day will make us healthier and happier. How can we make this a consistent practice? Maryann will share 7 strategies so that we can make gratitude a habit and live a happier life.
Maryann DaSilva is a registered social worker and has worked with survivors of abuse, teen moms, young offenders, children and families at risk. She recently published her book

Aromatherapy Workshop 101
Learn all about essential oils and why they are so beneficial to your health and wellness. You’ll learn how to make your own natural body scrub and roll-on.
Wendy Schoeman is registered aromatherapist and studied at the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy. She started making her own organic beauty products because she wanted women to avoid chemical products that are in most beauty products.
Cooking Class with Zaheen
In this fast-paced world, many of us find it difficult to eat healthy because we assume it takes too much time to prepare. In this session, you‘ll learn to make quick healthy protein smoothies and baking products that are guilt-free, gluten-free and sugar-free!
Zaheen is the co-owner of Shanti Wellness Centre and a professional speaker. She is the author of 2 award-winning books, of which one is titled: Attract Your Ideal Weight.
