3-D Printer Certification
Staff members show participants how to use the 3D printer currently offered in several Digital Innovation Hubs, and our upcoming Enhanced Learning Centre.
* How to prepare a 3D design file for print
* How to use the equipment properly and safely
* Reviewing the rules and guidelines to using the 3D printer
Note: Customers must complete this 3D printer certification before they can use the 3D printer independently at any of our Digital Innovation Hub locations or upcoming Enhanced Learning Centres (more information at tpl.ca/innovate).
Tickets will be available approximately two weeks prior to the program at 9 AM.
Please note: All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver form prior to being fully certified. Kids (10+) and teens are welcome to have parents attend class with them, sign the waiver at the end of class, or sign it at home and return it to the library at a later date.
For more information about waivers, please contact the Cedarbrae Branch at 416-396-8850.
