Included: All-Inclusive meal plan, snacks, classes, workshops,
activities, paddle boarding & overnight shared accommodations (linens included).
Please note that all meals will be vegetarian. However Vegan, Gluten-Free and any other dietary restrictions can be accommodated upon request & advance notice, at an additional $5.00 per meal (6 meals total).
If you would like to save on the Eventbrite fees, E-transfer option is available upon request. Payment plan option is available upon request.

Please be advised that guests are required to follow housekeeping guidelines to respect other guests and the purpose of this retreat.
No cell phones through the day unless required on breaks;
Silent time in the AM until meditation is complete;
Silent time when guests are entering into their lodge for bed.

Yogi Kamila Duda
Living with energy awareness has given Kamila deep insights into how we function in the world, how our energy patterns influence our lives, & how subtle changes in consciousness can make profound differences in our lives.
Kamila offers her multi passionate services & unique training developed through her own experience & deep spiritual connection with Source. Restoring energy into balance since 2016 with breathwork, sound, meditation, all types of yoga, pressure point therapy & emotional release.
Yogi Jenny Le
As a mental health advocate through her personal journey, Jen offers a passionately heartfelt grounding practice which incorporates; Hatha, Vinyasa, Restore, Sound Healing Vibration and Mindfulness & Breath-work experiences.
Her style is a great intro for beginners and those who are completely new to yoga. Jen's approach is focused around wellness for mental & physical well being; By bringing awareness to the body through intentional breath work and movement to settle nervous system in order to stretch, restore & reset the body with healing element of various soothing sound vibrations.
