Event description

Description

In partnership with the Foundation for Environmental Stewardship, Environmental Studies at York University is pleased to invite you and your students to take part in the 3% Project.

The 3% Project aims to connect and educate 3% of Canadian youth from coast to coast. Through 5 national tours, the Project is offering dynamic workshops for high school students to empower them to take action against climate change in their local community.

Environmental Studies at York University will be hosting the 3% Project on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from 9am-12pm. It’s perfect for your school’s EcoClub, SHSM students, or top Environmental leaders! This half day workshop will include:

  • Information on the realities of climate change
  • Skills development and mentorship opportunities
  • Real solutions to implement in your school

Space is limited. RSVP for your school today!

Does April 17 not work for your school? Why not check out our High School Outreach page for more dynamic programing from Environmental Studies!
