About this Event

What's 'Lean Sales'?

Lean Sales is our in-depth course for founders and team members. In this course, you’ll learn everything you need to know about sales – from prospecting through closing – all while applying what you learn in your business in real-time.

Outcomes include:

  • Better understand your customer problem, value prop
  • Review your pricing, customer acquisition costs (CAC) and unit economics

How is the course delivered (especially in the age of Covid!!)?

Lean Sales is a combination of online learning with live, highly interactive webinars with 321 experts.

But this is not your typical online class - it's highly structured, to ensure you make rapid progress each and every week.

  • Each week, you'll self-drive through some online content to learn key concepts, and apply what you're learning by completing the worksheets provided.
  • Then, we meet online (hello Zoom!) to discuss those key concepts in more detail, share examples, answer your questions, review your own progress, and give you a chance to learn from your peers in the cohort.
  • In addition, each company gets a 1:1 "ride-a-long" to get private coaching and feedback. And, we'll have some optional office hours for those that want to dive deeper.

What's the investment?

  • $1299 + taxes and fees
  • If you want a colleague to join you, it's only an additional $300 + taxes and fees. We want to incentivize you to go through this experience together!
  • If you want a 3rd or 4th person to join you, they'll pay $1299 and $300 respectively (again - from the same company)
  • More than four team members attending? Please give us a shout.

In mid-August, you'll get access to 321's Growth Fundamentals Course, and can work through it before we officially kick things off. This allows you to get a head start!

On Oct 2nd, we'll have a live Welcome Webinar, where you can meet the 321 team and your cohort, and learn more about what to expect in this course.

Starting Oct 2nd, and each week thereafter, we'll release a chapter of the course for you to dive into. Then, we'll have a series of live webinars from 9am to 11am (MST) as follows:
