If you’re familiar with 3D Modelling software or you’ve learned the basics of SketchUp, but you want to be more efficient and use some of the more advanced features. This workshop is set up to get you using SketchUp to its full potential for all kinds of projects--from product design to architecture.
This workshop is an intensive, hands-on class covering advanced techniques of 3D CAD. At the end of the workshop, you should have the skills to design complex parts and objects that are ready for 3D printing or other manufacturing methods. If you are planning to register for the Intro to 3D Printing Workshop, then this workshop in 3D modelling is a good prerequisite.

About the presenter
He is also a Professor in the Centre for Engineering and Society at Concordia University. His professional formation is in furniture design as well as humanities and social sciences. He is a professional commercial furniture designer and bespoke cabinetmaker.
