Overview

4 Saturdays in January, enjoy a yoga journey designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and connected throughout your pregnancy.

Each class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to support your changing body and emotional well-being.

You’ll learn how to strengthen where you need it most, soften where you’re holding tension, and cultivate presence through all the shifts of pregnancy. Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your practice, this series offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your body, your baby, and other mothers-to-be.

All trimesters welcome. No previous yoga experience required.

Each Saturday will have a different focus to have you immersed in the unique ways we can move and be in a pregnant body.

Cheyenne is a certified pre and postnatal yoga instructor, teaching movement for over 10 years. Upon readily knowing the safe and supportive ways to prepare the body for birth, Cheyenne went through her own pregnancy and birthing experience in 2023.
