Self <3 Saturday this year is looking a little different. For the safety of guests, volunteers and staff we have foregone the Beer Run and Lip Synch Battle (not that they won't come back when it's safe to do so!). The last 13 months have been tough on everyone and we are focusing our 4th Annual Self <3 Saturday on ways, in partnership with Modo Yoga and the Canadian Mental Health Association, for attendees to learn different techniques to recharge their own batteries. From yoga, fitness, comedy and music - everyone recharges differently. Join us on Saturday, April 24th to learn how to show yourself a little Self Care! All proceeds from donations, ticket sales, $2 from every beer sale and raffle tickets will be donated to CMHA-PEI.
MORNING
10am -Mental Health Flow with Kelly Cameron - $20
Join Kelly for an accessible full body flow class to get the energy flowing. Bring movement and mindfulness into your day with this 60 minute class for all levels including beginners.
11am -The Workout with Suzanne Keough - $20
Join Suzanne for this 45-minute mind and body workout. The Workout combines energizing music, plyometrics and yoga-inspired strength-based exercises. Dive inward to move past your limitations and challenge your body and your mind. All levels and beginners welcome!
AFTERNOON
12pm - 6pm - Taproom Drop in
Drop into the PEI Brewing Company Taproom in the afternoon and enjoy live music, comedians and mental health seminars all by donation.
12pm - 2pm - Adam MacGregor Duo in the Taproom
2pm - Meditation with Rebecca Gass in the John Gahan Room - $10
5pm - 6pm - Comedy by Tanya MacCallum and Shawn Hogan in the Taproom - by donation
