Lizzie Allan is the British born comedian, comedy therapist and, creator and visionary behind White Rock's hugely successful Addictive Comedy Inc. Allan guides others to smash stigma by telling their stories with humour and she definitely practices what she preaches. Using the art of Stand-Up comedy to heal her own mental health problems, and maybe even yours, too. It doesn’t end there! She plays the ukulele, sings her own comedy songs, and she raps. You’ll often find Allan weaving solemn heart felt discoveries with wet-yourself-laugh-till-you-cry observational, self-deprecating humour.
