The Venue. Hugo Ray Park Clubhouse is located right behind the Capilano View Cemetery, just off Trans-Canada Hwy Exit#13 - Taylor Way. Plenty of free parking spots available on-site. Event will be inside the clubhouse, just a short walk, south of the parking lot.
Dress to impress. We encourage all attendees to wear Halloween fancy dress and/or accessories. Must be 19+ to attend.
COVID Protocol. By purchasing these tickets you agree to follow all COVID related protocols in place by the venue as per the order of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO). Double Vaccination Passport with Govt issued Photo ID must be displayed upon entry. You will not be allowed in to the premises without this verification. Absolutely no refunds if you do not follow these rules.

You also agree to allow use of all photos and videos taken during the event for future event promotions.
Please note there are no refunds for this event. Should the event be cancelled due to ongoing pandemic related restrictions, we will postpone the event to the next available date and your ticket will be honored then for no additional charges. Note the event specifics may change based on the appropriate seasonal theme.
