This session will cover the science and psychology behind the 5 golden rules for achieving your health & fitness goals, the rule of 3 when it comes to goal setting and why filling out a goal card can change your life, and keystone habits that unlock your potential for a healthier lifestyle.
About Your Speaker
Tamer Soliman, a holistic nutritionist, wellness speaker and documentary filmmaker, just moved back to Ontario after living in the Cayman Islands for the last six years. He spent his time in the Caribbean working with a variety of individual clients, speaking at numerous companies and volunteering on a small organic farm, which allowed him to gain a true appreciation for what sustainability and organic farming really means to both our health and the environment.
Tamer’s passion for connecting people to local foods and sustainability led to the production of his first documentary, Bright Spot, a short film about the history, demise and modern use of coconuts. This first documentary was quickly followed by his second, currently in post-production, on the importance of community wellbeing and how it affects our health.
He continues and loves teaching people about nutrition, healthy cooking and how to use diet and exercise to heal and optimize one’s whole body. He is available for consultations, wellness speaking and healthy-foodie cooking classes.
