5 Ways to Wellbeing (COVID-19 Edition) with Chad Jankowski
Event Information
About this Event
Coping with the rigour of a U of T graduate curriculum, navigating complex university systems, and adapting to new environments can be exhausting! Investing in being happy, healthy and well provides a foundation for achieving balance and sustaining success as a graduate student. Drawing on evidence from the study of wellbeing, this interactive webinar will explore a cluster of activities that promote resiliency and prevent burnout so you can be at your best.
To get the most out of this webinar, please:
- Be prepared to use your webcam. That said, don’t feel you need to make yourself or your space look pretty. We’ll be striving for a learning environment that’s free of judgement (of others and ourselves).
- Have your cell phone handy.
- Give yourself permission to be present. Don’t feel the need to be multi-tasking.
- Bring along a tea, coffee, or other refreshments that you enjoy (that’s just good self-care).
