Join us for an evening with Dr. Jane Lemaire and her associates, Alicia Polachek, MA, and Garielle Brown, MA, from Well Doc Alberta/Well Doc Canada to discuss the science of physician wellness.

They will address the value of identifying key drivers of (un)wellness within physician groups and summarize organizational strategies for harnessing periodic physician wellness measurement to drive positive change.

Dr. Lemaire is a trailblazer in supports for physician wellness. She is co-director of Well Doc Alberta, a general internist, and clinical professor. Dr. Lemaire is also the vice chair of physician wellness and vitality at the University of Calgary’s Department of Medicine, and its director of wellness in the Office of Professionalism, Equity and Diversity at the Cumming School of Medicine, as well as the wellness lead at the university’s W21C Research and Innovation Centre.

Co-Director Well Doc Alberta/Canada Alicia Polachek, MA, is a research assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at the Cumming School of Medicine at the University of Calgary. Garielle Brown, MA, is the evaluation of measures lead at Well Doc Alberta/Canada.
