The Commerce Business Banquet is the most prestigious event presented by the Commerce Students’ Association. The banquet holds the proud tradition of fostering a unique link between students and business leaders in our community since its inception in 1966. As one of Canada's largest student-led networking events, the Banquet creates an atmosphere conducive to building relationships within the Manitoban business community.

This year, our event will be following a hybrid model that focuses on bringing the experience home for guests on the virtual platform Congregate while listening to keynote and special guest speeches that are live-streamed from a central location. This model will allow for about 500 Asper students, company representatives, and faculty members to interact and network virtually. All guests will be gifted with an exclusive Business Banquet themed box filled with items to enhance their experience and a $20 gift card to use towards a local restaurant for their dinner. Our hybrid model will maintain the professional integrity of the event, as well as providing similar value to attendees as in past years.
