In its 6th year, the Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare Geriatric Conference welcomes Physicians, Healthcare Practioners as well as Industry Leaders to participate in an all-day event exploring medical topics related to the aging population. Attendees of the 2019 conference will hear from eight presenters including Keynote Speaker, Dr. Marina Salvadori on Adult Immunization. This event is CME accredited for 6.0 Mainpro+ credits and 6 hours through the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Due to space limitations, number of attendees is limited. Sponsorship opportunities are available by contacting Linda Di Rosa, Manager of Medical Affairs by email (linda.dirosa@hdgh.org). There will be complimentary parking at Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare for this event.

The objectives of this conference are:

  1. To better understand the healthcare needs of my older patients
  2. Offer relevant advice to my geriatric patients
  3. Keep abreast of recent updates in the geriatric medicine field

This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University. You may claim a maximum of 6.0 hours (credits are automatically calculated).

This one-credit-per-hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Continuing Professional Development, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University for up to 6.0 Mainpro+ credits.
