For some, this new month of September can hold a lot of stress, getting back into the routine and new beginnings. Come relax and unwind, give yourself some compassion for all the work youve been putting in! Feel the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, rainsticks and more, as they wash over you, clearing any tension and promoting harmony within your body and mind. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, this event is perfect for anyone seeking a moment of serenity and self-care. Come and experience the transformative power of meditation and sound bathing at the Oasis Wellness Center!Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, a blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable as we will be laying down for the hour!
