At 7degrees Wine School: Entertaining Wines, we will explore different wines for different purposes.
We will samples reds and whites from the wine categories of aperitif, appetizer, main course, and dessertto help you plan your next dinner party, or just an evening with friends.
If you've been to our Wine Schools before, you know the choices will be original.

Smoked salmon mousse on cucumber canapes
Dried fruit and nut cheese log with crackers
Beef involtini stuffed with prosciutto and parmesan on spinach risotto
Flourless chocolate cake over mixed berry coulis
