Description

In conjunction with #GivingTuesdayCa, we are providing a free space for the public to come and unwind. Participate in mindfullness exercises, listen to soothing music while sipping on tea, reading a book or taking a power nap. Bring your blankets & pillows. Stay as long as you want.

All donations are appreciated and will be used towards providing anxiety programming. We accept cash or cheques on location. Online donations can be made through our website: www.adam.mb.ca

9:30 a.m - 10:00 am : Mindfullness Meditation

11:00 a.m – 11:30 am: Relaxation Exercise

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Meditation / Relaxation Excercise

1:00pm – 1:30pm: Self Love

2:00 pm - 2:30pm Relaxation Excercise
