As we attend NewLife Christian Church in person once again, we recognize that while physical distancing is part of the new normal we are glad to see each other and worship God together.

With the new re-opening plan, please take note of the following details.

• Only attend one service
• We will add more services, if necessary
• Please note the start times as they are different than normal and could change depending on our capacity limits

To welcome you, we’re increasing sanitization, prioritizing personal space, and implementing behaviour signage - ensuring that our church community can worship God together in a safe and healthy environment:

- increased sanitization: we’ve rolled out heightened cleaning measures to ensure your health and wellbeing which includes disinfecting common areas more frequently, providing hand sanitizers, introducing face masks and gloves for our Dream Team members, and providing face masks for anyone in attendance who didn’t have the chance to bring their own face mask to the service;

- prioritizing personal space: we’ve modified the sanctuary space with staggered seating and buffer zones so you can worship God while maintaining a healthy physical distance from others, we’re limiting attendance to ensure the 15% seating capacity maximum that is required by the province, and we’re going to provide clear direction with respect to entering, seating and departing from the sanctuary to ensure that the public health distancing standards are abided; and

- behavioural adjustments: we’re utilizing strategically-placed signage and way finding - friendly reminders that the wellbeing of our church community depends on all of us to do our part, and all areas in the church including the hallways and washrooms are de-densified through reduced capacity allocations.

To help ensure your safety, we are limiting the capacity of the New Life Christian Church sanctuary to no more than 15% of our sanctuary’s capacity.

RSVP to ensure that we will have a seat available for you (plus any family members or friends who may be joining you for the service) for this Sunday's service. Please confirm the service you have chosen, either Friday 8:00pm, Sunday 10:00am or Sunday 11:00am (please note that we will have a service premiering on Sunday at 10:30am on our YouTube channel). On a related note:

1. If you have COVID-19 symptoms or believe that you may have been exposed to it please use the Ontario government's online self-assessment and attend our Sunday service online;

2. Please wear a (mandatory) face mask while entering, being inside, and exiting the sanctuary (if you won't have a face mask as you come in we will provide one for you); and

3. Please follow the welcome team's instructions when it comes to seating, be prepared to sit in your seat for the entire duration of the service (approximately 40 minutes) and kindly exit the sanctuary once the service is finished as per the instructions you will receive.
