Familiar to many in Calgary's burgeoning food scene: Chef Andrea was the final chef at the acclaimed Brava Bistro. Now as the Vice-President and Executive Chef of Made Foods, she has created a series of culinary delights for Alberta Ballet, featuring her trademark style of preparing the freshest ingredients for the boldest flavours.
