Description

Brunch is the best meal of the week, but some may argue that DIM SUM is even better! Those who love brunch and dim sum but are looking for ways to create something amazing yet healthy are in the right place! This class is a very casual intimate class and we will go over fun breakfast and brunch basics of dim sum, but make everything with a healthier spin!

We did Shumai, lobak go, shrimp cheung fan and bean curd wraps in our other Dim Sum brunch cooking class, now we're onto 4 different ones!

Menu: YUM CHA! -These are the 4 classic dim sum dishes we all love!

*Steamed Rice Rolls with beef (Cheung Fan)

*Steamed Shrimp Dumplings (Har Gao)

*Lotus leaf wrapped glutinous rice cured chinese sausage, mushrooms and chicken (lor mai gai)

*Egg Tarts (Dan Tat) made without sugar, but sweet (no artifical sugar or sugar substitutes)
