VINCE GUARALDI TRIO-BUTE:
The Music of 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' Live is performed by the Vince Guaraldi Trio-bute; a trio of Toronto born musicians.
The key focus of the group, Alan Zemaitis-(piano), has a Jazz degree in music from York University, and has performed with the likes of Bywater Call, Chris Antonik, and Terra Lightfoot. Alan was awarded the Jazz Piano award at York.
Holding down the low end, Christopher Kettlewell-(bass guitar), has a Jazz degree from Humber College, and has worked with Fred Penner, Maylee Todd, and currently performs with ISpy, Toronto Jazz Collective and Moskitto Bar. Chris was awarded the Glen Fidich Scholarship.
Laying down the grooves, Kyle Sullivan-(drums), like Kettlewell, graduated from Humber College, and has shared the stage with the likes of Ron Sexsmith, Jim Cuddy and Serena Ryder. Sullivan currently performs with Jerry Leger, the Double Cuts, and ISpy.
Alan and Kyle have been performing The Music of 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' for 9 years, and have built up a local following selling out shows across the city. Kettlewell joined the group in 2019.
