Angela Gibbon is a full lyric soprano who has completed her Master’s of Vocal Literature and Performance at Western University and a BFA in Vocal Performance from York University. Angela performed the role of Fiordiligi in Mozart’s Cosi fan tutte with Long Reach Opera Workshop, Micäela in Bizet’s Carmen with the Western University Opera Workshop and Donna Anna in Mozart’s Don Giovanni at the Accademia Europea dell’Opera in Lucca, Italy. Recent concert engagements have included the soprano solos in Mozart’s Vesperae Solennes de Confessore at York University and excerpts from Mozart’s Requiem with the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra. Angela is looking forward to singing as a soloist in Vivaldi’s Gloria with Chorus York this May. Angela has also been an Emerging Artist with Arcady this season and will premiere a set of Ronald Beckett’s music in Brantford in June. In July, Angela will be returning to Lucca, Italy to perform the role of Sandrina in Mozart’s La finta Giardinera.

William Snyder is a Pianist & Teacher who holds certification through to Licentiate of the Royal Conservatory of Music. He works under Rudin Lengo in Toronto, and runs his own teaching practice, the Opus 1 Music Hub as an Ontario Registered Music Teacher. While finishing his bachelor’s degree he tied for first prize at the Canadian Preliminaries to the 15th International Chinese Bridge Proficiency Competition in 2016 and was sponsored by the Chinese government to attend competition finals in Hunan, China which were broadcast on national TV to over 5 million viewers. He will return to Asia this July on tour as a singer with Babεl Chorus, and by competitive invitation to the prestigious Kong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) Summer Institute. Upon his return, William will begin his Post-Bachelor Artist’s Diploma with Prof. Stéphan Sylvestre at the Don Wright Faculty of Music, Western University.
