An evening celebrating San Francisco cuisine! Salad with Green Goddess Dressing! Origins of Green Goddess Dressing roots go back to 1923 to the Palace Hotel in San Francisco! Cioppino! Cioppino is a tomato based seafood stew that was invented by San Francisco fisherman in the late 1800s! Chocolate Mousse with Ghiradelli Chocolate! Ghiradelli chocolate has been made in San Francisco since 1852!

So excited to have Laura from St. Albert's Breadlove demo Sourdough bread! Sourdough bread became a staple in San Francisco during the 1849 Gold Rush!
