Event description

A Journey Back To Self is a 3-part Women's Workshop Series.

After completing part 1 of 3 in the workshop series, Self-Care, you will have a basis to start understanding yourself much more. In part 2 & 3 we will journey into your heart, connect you to your inner guide/intuition and tap into your personal power. Once completing the workshop series you can expect to attract amazing people in your life, create space for abundance, and feel authentically empowered and aligned in every aspect of your life.

These 2 workshops are interactive and experiential. Expect to share with the group as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This is a safe space for women to show up just as they are. Trust what feels right for you! You will walk away with tools and techniques to use after this series.

Part 2: Self-Love

  • Understand how you express love
  • Connect into your heart space
  • Learn about accepting the dark and light in ourselves
  • Fully embrace your heart through guided breath and meditation
  • Let go of any fears holding you back from love
  • Develop a deeper appreciation for all parts of yourself

Part 3: Self-Trust & Acceptance

  • Discover your core values and motivations
  • Determine how to listen to your inner guidance
  • Define what trust means for you
  • Embody your own authentic personal power
  • Learn tools and techniques to continue your practice of self-understanding
  • Powerfully state who you are

*Please bring a journal and a pen to these events and please wear comfortable clothing, as we will be spending some time on yoga mats. Feel free to bring any cushions or additional seating support you may need.

**PLEASE NOTE: You must attend workshop 2: Self-Love in order to attend workshop 3: Self-Trust.**

A discount code will be offered to those who want to attend all 3 workshops. Please contact Rachele for this code.

There will be a door prize given out to one lucky participant at the end of each workshop!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is 2hr street parking, however, I would recommend a parkade across the street at Holiday Inn, parking and walking from the law courts off of Howe st or taking the skytrain. You are about a 4 block walk from Yaletown Skytrain Station and approximately 8 blocks from City Center Station on Granville.

What can I bring into the event?

Please bring a notebook or journal, as well as something to write with!

Please dress in clothes you are comfortable in.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please email if you have any questions or concerns

What's the refund policy?

We will gladly refund your ticket up to 7 days prior to the event.

Why do I need to attend part 2 to be able to attend part 3?

The intention behind this workshop series is that each participant goes deeper within themselves each time. In order to feel the full effects of this series, it is highly recommended you attend all 3 parts. Rachele hopes to create a safe and sacred space for women to share and grow together. When there is consistency with attendance this helps cultivate an openly warm environment. If you have any further concerns do not hesitate to email Rachele!

Organizer Rachele Kehler

Organizer of A Journey Back to Self: Part 2 & 3: Self-Love & Self-Trust

Rachele Kehler is a Holistic Life Coach and Counselor who works with women that desire to feel love, be loved & give love to themselves. Rachele helps empower women to live and give from a full heart!

Rachele has been through many of life’s major stressors such as various forms of grief, divorce, unemployment, eviction and chronic pain, to name a few. Because of these challenges she searched for various forms of healing, read a ton of self-help books and saw her own counsellor/coach weekly. She realized that this was the path that led her to learn how to take care of herself first! Rachele noticed that to successfully navigate the every day, she needed to become her own best friend, acknowledging that in order to give to and truly love others, she must first authentically love and give to herself. Rachele has built (and continues to build) a raw and real relationship with herself through daily practices and techniques she has learned through her training as a Coach and Counsellor. She is passionate about helping each client of hers uncover how to do the same for themselves.

You can find Rachele volunteering at the Vancouver Women's Health Collective on Tuesday's as a counsellor, hosting her Meetup group; Connecting Through Change, running various workshops in Vancouver or shamelessly dancing in the front row of one of her favourite concerts!

Rachele takes one-on-one clients in Vancouver, BC and offers Life Coaching sessions online worldwide. She is also passionate about teaching and facilitating change in group settings.
