About this event
Jazz East Big Band is a 20-piece traditional Jazz Orchestra, led by the incomparable Bill Brennan!
They're back again this year, packing the stage at First Light Centre for Performance and Creativity with an exciting presentation of Christmas favourites, selections from Duke Ellington’s version of Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite, and a special guest performance by local favourite Kellie Walsh.
Jazz East has been performing in St. John’s for twenty five years, and is featuring some of St. John’s finest, such as Gary Johnston (piano), Katie Hopkins (vocals), and Terry Campbell (trumpet).
$30 Regular Tickets, $25 for students, seniors and arts workers.

'Tis the Season:
Non-perishable food items are accepted at the door. All donations go directly to the tenants of First Light's Indigenous-priority affordable housing units.
