About the Workshop
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 9-session course designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. This 2 hour workshop will introduce you to a number of the MSC practices and provide an overview of the full MSC program.
Research shows that self-compassion will help you to :
- reduce stress and find a better work life balance
- improve focus, resilience and well-being
- facilitate better self-reflection and self-regulation
- thrive at work with clarity, creativity and compassion
- handle difficult emotions with greater ease
- foster deeper connections
- motivate yourself with encouragement rather than self-criticism
